HIMPLUS accepts returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@himplus.com with your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
